Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship our orders in 1-2 business days. We usually use USPS (United States Postal Service) but reserve the right to choose any other carrier. A tracking number is provided with all our orders.

Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping options are available in checkout.

Florida residents pay 7% sales tax.

Orders that are $250 and more may require a signature upon delivery.

Typical delivery time is around three to five business days. However, carrier delays may result in longer delivery times.

A tracking number will be provided to you once an item is shipped out. It can take 24 to 48 hours for shipping status to update.

We only ship within the United States. However, you may use a freight forwarder of your choosing to forward your item to your country.

We use various methods to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and at any time.

We ask that you NOT purchase multiple (three or more) items just to try them one and keep the one you like the most. We understand that it may be a hard decision, so we recommend that you go to a local store to try your items on.

We thoroughly check our orders prior to shipping. If there is any problem with your order, please email IKSpecs@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

If you receive an order that is damaged, please email us with an explanation of the damage as well as pictures so that we may file an insurance claim. You will be refunded as soon as the claim is processed, which usually takes 2-4 weeks.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS

Once a package is scanned as delivered, it is considered delivered.

In the rare event that a package is marked delivered but you do not receive it:

Please ask your household members if the package arrived.
Check around the perimeter of your property.
Check with your community association office
Talk to your mail carrier
Go to your local post office and speak with the postmaster.

USPS can provide you with the details of a GPS scan of the exact location where the package was scanned and delivered. If theft is suspected, please contact your local authorities as mail theft is a felony. If the package is insured, after 21 days we may file an insurance claim. You will need to provide a letter from your postmaster stating your loss. If the claim is denied, we cannot do anything else

PACKAGE RECEIVED AND EMPTY INSIDE

If you receive a package that is empty inside, please immediately go to your post office to investigate if the contents came out during transit. Please email us to to notify us of the issue and provide a picture. If you believe the package was opened, please contact your post office for them to assist in filing a police report for felony mail theft.

FRAUD PREVENTION

All merchandise we sell is authentic and purchased through trusted channels. Evidence will be provided to any payment services if someone attempts to create a fraudulent claim.

Every order is closely inspected prior to shipping. Any attempt to defraud us or create false claims will be fought with the full force of the law. Mail theft and fraud are felonies.

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction prior to shipping for any reason and to refuse future sales if deemed necessary.
