Where are you based? Can I pick up my purchase in person?

We are located in Florida. We are an online-only business so we cannot offer local pick-up.

Do I need a PayPal account? Can I just pay with my credit card?

No, you don't need a PayPal account. PayPal is simply our credit card processor. When you click the "Complete order" button and are taken to the PayPal screen, simply choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option. Please see here.

Are your items genuine? 

Yes, everything we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. We source all our merchandise from the same trusted suppliers as large optical chain stores.

Why are your prices so low?

We have strong relationships with suppliers that allow us to offer these low prices. We are also an online-only business which allows us to save money and pass these savings onto our customers. 

Is there a warranty?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in brand new condition, but we do not have any warranty beyond that. Our items are priced far below retail and that is why we cannot offer a manufacturer's warranty.  

Can you make prescription lenses?

No, we only sell frames. To get lenses made, you will have to take them to an optical shop. Local optical shops and optical departments in large stores, like Walmart or Costco, can make lenses for a customer-provided frame. 

Do you take vision insurance?

No, we do not accept vision insurance. However, many vision insurance providers will reimburse you for frames purchased out of pocket. 

My frames arrived bent. What do I do?

Frames are made from flexible materials that are designed to be adjusted to fit a wearer's face comfortably. Any optical shop or optical department has the tools necessary to adjust your frame, and will usually do it for a minimal fee or even free.
